You can sign up for a free hostname at https://www.dynu.com/ControlPanel/AddDDNS and assign the static IP address to the hostname.
Then you can access your server using hostname:port

You can sign up for a free hostname at https://www.dynu.com/ControlPanel/AddDDNS and assign the static IP address to the hostname.
Then you can access your server using hostname:port |
