Because I do not think so, AFAIK only API v2 is available as of now

IP update protocol only has one version and it is at https://www.dynu.com/DynamicDNS/IP-Update-Protocol. This is used to update IPs.

The API documentation to manage the domain names and their DNS records etc. is at https://www.dynu.com/Support/API and they serve different purposes.
