Topic: email store/forward for aliased domain
Preamble:-
I host my own mail server on my home office network; upon switching ISPs I found port 25 was blocked so I signed up for email store/forward for my primary domain. This works fine.
I have another domain name which is simply an alias to the first (different TLD, everything points to the same place including email): my email server will process both domains as the same, so user1@domain2.com goes to the same box as user1@domain1.com
My DNS are currently all hosted elsewhere.
Question:-
Is there a way to set this up with DYNU without having to buy a second email/forward just to cover the alias? I was looking at the DDNS section and it has a section for MX records; would hosting my DNS with DYNU and making an entry for the aliased domain work? Something like:
domain2.com MX TTL 10 domain1.com
(bearing in mind that domain1.com's DNS is hosted elsewhere)
Thank you

Email store/forward service is domain-based. So you will need to purchase a second email store/forward service for a different domain name.
