The DYNU up date Ip client keeps coming back with an error message. Username or password was incorrect. I am using the same user name and password with the Ip client as I am to log in to the website.

If you have set up a location name for your hostname in the control panel, you may use that location name. Otherwise please leave the location name in the client software empty.
