According to the info in FAQ I guess you should try with the following settings:
Provider: Other
Server address: api.dynu.com or gnudip.dynu.com or maybe gnudip.dynu.com/gnudip/cgi-bin/gdipupdt.cgi
Server port: leave empty or 80 or 81 or 443 or 8245
Protocol: GNUDip.http
Host name: leave empty
Domain name: leave empty or provide your domain name (hfatihh.dynu.net or whatever you've chosen)
Username: your dynu username
Password: your dynu password
Provider: Other
Server address: api.dynu.com or gnudip.dynu.com or maybe gnudip.dynu.com/gnudip/cgi-bin/gdipupdt.cgi
Server port: leave empty or 80 or 81 or 443 or 8245
Protocol: GNUDip.http
Host name: leave empty
