Topic: Administrator Account Disabled on VPS – Request for Re-Enable
Hello Dynu Support,
My Windows 10 VPS (instance-20250517-1816, IP 142.202.191.249) is running, but when I attempt to connect via Remote Desktop I receive the message:
“The user account is currently disabled and cannot be used.” (Error code 0xb07)
I tried restarting, resetting VNC, and reconnecting multiple times. It looks like the VPS is booting but not initializing the Windows display or RDP service.
Could you please:
1. Verify that the VPS boots fully into Windows,
2. Ensure the Administrator account is active and RDP is enabled,
3. Re-enable the Administrator account so i can get back in.
Thank you!
