I got a new modem type is hitron cgnv4-eu and the DDNS settings failed.

What is the correct method?

System: dynu.com
Ser Name: ddns
Ser URL: http://api.dynu.com/nic/update?hostname=myname.dynu.com&password=my password
IP Server: api.dynu.com
User Name: my dynu user's name
Password: my dynu password
Host Name: my name.dynu.com

Is it correct?

We did not receive an IP update request coming from your router in our system.

Could you please refer to your router's user guide to determine what values the router require for 'System' and 'Ser Name'? All the information you entered including our server name, update URL and username etc. are accurate.
