For some reason the gitme.breightonstrategic.net is not being replicated on Google public dns but I was able to connect to it from outside of Google Public DNS. Anything you guys can do to help?

The name servers for domain name seem to have a mix of both Dynu and GoDaddy at the registrar. This could be causing inconsistency in the responses.

because the domain is hosted and namesilo but the dns is managed by godaddy. Let me change the host address to dynu exclusively and see what's happening. Here's the error I got from dnsviz.

Found the solution. Never add a sub domain as a new domain in the DDNS. Add the sub inside the domain as additional. That pretty much solved my problem.
