I own a ZTE ZXHN H108N V2.5, and I tried to set up my Dynu hostname to the DDNS as shown on your page in the support, but it won't work. Please find attached my setup.

What other options are there in the 'Service Provider' dropdown list?

Do you mean the “Service Type” list or the “Wan Connections” one ?
