Hello, when using the service on a copier at a client, we are getting intermittent problems where the scan will go through two times, but then fail on the third (and any additional ones).
We can see on the firewall that DYN was closing the TCP connection during the TLS negotiation.
We have temporarily re-routed through another service, but wanted to see if there was an issue with DYN?
