Hi,
I'm running pfSense DDNS service with Update URL
https://api.dynu.com/nic/update?hostname=freeddns.org&alias=lxhome&password=mypassword
pfSense service catches IP changes and sends this command but IP address does not get updated on your side. I ran this command from Chrome browser, got reply good 174.94.1.127 but your DDNS record still has an old IP address.

The URL should be like below:

https://api.dynu.com/nic/update?hostname=lxhome.freeddns.org&password=mypassword

If you have an alias for hostname lxhome.freeddns.org such as room1.lxhome.freeddns.org, then you can update it's IP address using URL like below:

https://api.dynu.com/nic/update?hostname=lxhome.freeddns.org&alias=room1&password=mypassword
