Topic: Inbound SMTP authentication method
Hi,
I'm using the Email store/forward service for my Postfix/Dovecot/MySQL mail server over port 587 (STARTTLS (Required) / Submission), which works great but for one thing: I cannot use SMTP authentication for incoming mail sent by Dynu. According to my logs Dynu tries to use the LOGIN AUTH method, which fails, whilst I would expect (and can only accept) PLAIN AUTH.
Anyone able to shed some light on this, and is there a way for Dynu to use PLAIN authentication?
Thanks,
Marco
