changing my MX records - I don't know how to do this - please advise

If you are using Store/Forward service, add two MX record at your domian service provider

Mail Exchange (MX) Records

Primary: store1.dynu.com
Secondary: store2.dynu.com

What about records for Dynu email servers w/ full email service??

You can check the control panel's email settings for your domain. The MX, SPF records etc are listed there.
