I transfert my domaine this year to Dynu. Is it normal that I'm not a member of your site ?

Yes, transferring the domain name does not provide your account with membership status. Domain names transferred to us can have unlimited DNS records and web redirects etc.

I have two domains with you and over the weekend was adding some additional A and AAAA records and the control panel told me I was only allowed 4, even though at the time I had more than that, I could not add anymore. I paid for the membership anyway as I burn up 2 records for each hostname as I want IPv4 and IPv6 and needed the additional entries for testing.

If your 2 domain names are registered with Dynu or have been transferred to Dynu, you can add unlimited DNS records for it without activating the paid membership.

So yes, transferring the domain name does not provide you membership status. But you can add unlimited DNS records for the domain name once the transfer completes.
