Dear Team,
My requirement is i just need the dns so that dns i can configure in our software so it can be accessible from other network while our team members will be out from the office. but i am having one problem when i ping the dns (aviation.dynu.net) from the same network it is pinging but when i try to ping from other network i unable to ping the dns which is i created on dynu.com (aviation.dynu.net) even i did the port forwarding can you please help me?

Not all routers respond to ping imcp packets. You should be able to enable the ICMP protocol in your router to accept ping requests. Please note that ping is not required for the hostname to resolve to an IP address (DNS).

aviation.dynu.net currently points to IP address 128.234.12.131. Please let us know if this is not the correct IP address. Port 3389 (Remote Desktop port) and port 8443 are not reachable on 128.234.12.131. Could you please send your port forwarding settings so that we can confirm if it has been setup properly>
