Hello,I am currently unable to connect to my server via Remote Desktop (RDP). I’ve verified that the machine is online, but I suspect that either the firewall is blocking the RDP port or the port has been changed.Could you please provide me with console access (also known as out-of-band access or KVM access) so I can log directly into the server and resolve the issue?This access would allow me to re-enable RDP or correct the configuration without needing to reimage the server.Thank you for your assistance.
