Couldn't update dynamic ip on fiberhome GPON modem, my settings is:

Username: myusername
Password: ••••••
Host: mydomain.camdvr.org
DDNS Interface: Internet
DDNS Provider: Other
Domain: camdvr.org
Server Address: gnudip.dynu.com/gnudip/
Protocol: GNUDip.http
Salt Address: gnudip.dynu.com/gnudip/cgi-bin/gdipupdt.cgi
