The Setup Instructions are kinda lacking for setting up ddns on my servers. "download and install the client and set it up". how do you set it up? do I use my IP or the one DYNU gave me and what file do i configure and where is it and what do I change in it and I use dhcp so how do I make mt servers work correctly?

It would be great to have a step by step set of instructions.
I have Windows and Linux servers.
