I am trying to get my Juniper SSG5 to update my DDNS record in vain. Has anyone had this problem do you have any advice?

I have followed instruction on your page, On SSG5, I used dyndns tab with custom and replaced as follows

Server: api.dynu.com
Hostname: meksdava.dynu.net
User: meksd
PWD: my password

Could you please send us the screenshot of your router Dynamic DNS settings including the dropdown list of the service provider?

We regret to inform you that Dynu dynamic DNS service is not supported by Juniper SSG5 at this time. You may download and run the IP update client software on your computer to keep your hostname mapped to the IP address at https://www.dynu.com/DynamicDNS/IPUpdateClient.

In the meantime, we suggest that you take a few minutes to comment on your router manufacturer's forum requesting that Dynu be added to the dynamic DNS service provider list, which will make the IP update easier for you.

I am also using SSG5
But my software can't connect properly.
The login account password has been confirmed to be correct and to open all ports
