I had a question related to commercial or non-profit donations, does Dynu have
specific conformity on these matters? Are we allowed to receive any form of money
it be donations or paid services using one or more of the Dynu services in this process?

You are welcome to accept donations or offer paid services when using Dynu services in the process. The following is not allowed though:

1. Take Dynu free services and resell it for profit
2. Abuse Dynu services by creating multiple accounts etc.

I host a web/mysql server for developers that host an application that requires a web and mysql interface, to compensate a donation can be made for my effort and service.
