Topic: cPanel cluster failover
Hi,
I recently signed up with you guys.
My requirement is I have two cpanel servers that acts as a cluster. All my websites are on a single Shared IP address.
What I want to do is , I want to automatically failover to the passive server when active server is down. I know this can be done using DNS but I dont know how to do it in your panel.
Kindly send me steps to fulfill my requirement.

Do each of the cPanel servers have individual IP addresses?
-Create two A (Alias) records pointing to each of the two IP addresses in the 'DNS Records' area.
-Disable one of them by clicking the 'Disable' icon.
-Create two actions, one to enable the second A record and one to disable the first A record.
This will point the A record to the second cPanel server. Please note that you can have multiple actions for each monitor event.
Could you please provide feedback if this helps or not? I can provide more assistance based on your feedback.
