is there a way to have two domains to be updated with two dns clients?

I have two client installed on two different computers with two different external IP addresses. Is there a way for these two clients to update only one domain registered in the same account?

Yes. You may make use of the 'Location' feature to assign a location name to your hostname
in the control panel and apply the location name in the client software to update
different domain names to different IP addresses.
