We are happy to report that the elevated white space temperatures caused by multiple utility bump events attributable to overnight storms in the area has been fully resolved. Please note in order to ensure the safety of our staff during the excessively high temperatures inside the data center, we made the call to wait till temperatures subsided before allowing IT staff to perform maintenance on some of the affected services. We apologize to our customers and their users for the inconvenience this disruption has caused, and we want to assure you that we are working with our upstream providers to improve and prevent these unexpected disruptions in the future. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding while we worked through this issue.

Update

The data center continues to experience elevated white space temperatures caused by multiple utility bump events attributable to overnight storms in the area. We have on-site vendors working rapidly to restore adequate cooling. Thus far chiller D has been fully restored which should result in increased cooling. Chiller C is expected to be restored in about 1 hour.

Update

We have identified 2 out of 4 chillers shut down and in need of repair. At present, the vendor is onsite and is in the process of repairing the chillers. External cooling solution provider have been dispatched to provide cooling through external mobile sources. This issue affects some dedicated server and VPS services. It also affects API service indirectly as those reach out to manage the affected dedicated server and VPS services. We have no ETA for resolution at this time.
