Please use the following settings:

Enable : Checked
Service Name :dynudns
Customer Server : api.dynu.com
Custom URL : /nic/update?hostname=example.dynu.com&password=PASSWORD
Hostname : example.dynu.com
Provider : NA
Password : PASSWORD
