Hello,
I have am exchange server 2016 installed at my home, I want to have this exchange as an email server for one of my domains.
My ISP closes the port 25 for income and outcome connection, I setup my domain MX records to point to my public IP and forward the ports to the local server.
Yesterday, I bought the Dynu outbound smtp relay and changed the MX record to mx1.dynu.com unfortunately, I could not send and receive emails.
Please send me a complete description of how Dynu helps solve my problem as I need to setup my local exchange to be my email server for one domain.
Have a great day.
Tony.

Tony.[/quote]SMTP outbound relay service that you signed up for helps resolve the issue of your ISP blocks outbound port 25. You can use our relay server as a smarthost and send out emails through our relay server. You may find the information at https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj673059(v=exchg.160).aspx useful:
Fully qualified domain name: relay.dynu.com
Login username: relay@relay.yourdomain.com
Password: your account password or relay password
To resolve the issue of ISP blocking inbound port 25, you also need to sign up for email store/forward service. You can run your mail server on an alternative port such as port 26 or port 2525. Our mail server will receive emails for your domain name and forward the emails to you on the alternative port.
