I have a ZTE router and it set up as the attached screen shot but does not update my IP

I think you are confusing "dyndns" with "DDNS". Dyndns is a provider of DDNS services. Dynu does as well, and probably is not listed as a choice in you dropdown list.

I am not familiar with your router, but it "may be possible" to add Dynu.com to the list. Contact ZTE Router Support to find out.
