Using Asus router to DNSOMatic to Dynu and OpenDNS

Dynu service on DNSOMatic does not include "location" field/option. It only includes User/Pass/Domain.

Is there still a way to update all hostnames in the same location? Maybe something like:

Domain = {Location}.domain.com

Or if I just enter the domain - does it automatically update all records (first test does not appear to)?

Anyone have any experience with this?
