Nearly every time I bring up Outlook, every Dynu email account I have gets error:

Task 'daniel@blackhorsearmory.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC1A) : 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.'

If I wait 20-30 minutes, it repairs itself. If this keeps up, I will have to find another provider.
