Argomento: Testing router
I'm trying to test my router for functionality and successful and/or failed update attempts.
- I logged into the portal and the system seemed to "update" from my web browser session before I ever configured my router as a client. Both the browser session and the router will communicate from the same IP address so this is making it hard to see if I'm really getting a successful update.
Is there a log I can access to see when updates are made and if they succeed or fail?
Thanks,
Marty
PS - my router is a juniper/netscreen 5GT

Restarting the router usually gives you a new IP address. You can restart the router and check if your hostname has been updated to a new IP address.
